GYBA Winter Basketball League - Winter 2025

GYBA 2025–2026 Winter Basketball Registration

Golden Youth Basketball (GYBA) is excited to open registration for the 2025–2026 Winter Season! We offer girls and boys teams for grades 3–8. All teams compete in the Jeffco JPS League. In addition, 7th–8th grade boys may try out for GYBA’s Feeder Teams—advanced-level teams that also play in the Gold Crown Competitive League. Registration runs from 8/25/2025 to 9/14/2025, with Feeder tryout registration closing earlier on 9/6/2025.

Practices begin the week of Nov 3, with schedules and gym locations assigned in mid-October based on coach availability and gym access. Games and practices may occur Monday–Saturday, while Feeder teams should also expect Sunday games and practices.

Fees are $325 for grades 3–4 and $340 for grades 5–8 (uniform not included). Feeder Team players (if selected) pay $625 plus a $230 Gold Crown fee and uniform/tourney costs. All players are placed on a waitlist at registration and will remain waitlisted until a roster spot is confirmed. If GYBA cannot roster a player, registration will be refunded. Feeder registration is for tryouts only and is not charged unless the player is selected.

GYBA is a volunteer-run program, with coaches, managers, and coordinators who make the league possible. Family support and involvement are key to the program’s success.
